一、主体结构特点
Characteristics of main structure

1 承重结构体系:
  采用冷弯型轻钢框架体系,可在工厂加工成型后到现场组装,快捷、方便。具有轻质、高强、防腐、用钢量少、造价低、抗震性能好的特点。经清华大学抗震检测,通过了九度大震,房屋完好无损。结构无热桥,防火、防腐性能好,可建各种中式、欧式、美式、日韩式等风格的建筑。
2 墙体结构体系
   采用我公司研发的系列板材,可根据不同地区的气温组合成不同的热功能的墙体。比如在寒冷和严寒地区,可组合成即保温又隔热的复合墙体,其热阻可达 1.38~ 3m 2 .k/w ;在炎热地区可组合成热对流通风的中空墙体,使室内舒适凉爽。
3 屋面体系:
  
可根据不同地区的气候温度,选用我公司不同结构形式的板材组合成不同功能的屋面:比如在寒冷和严寒地区采用不同厚度的保温复合屋面板组成屋面,其热阻可达 1.38~ 3m 2 .k/w ;在炎热地区可采用中空屋面时热气流循环随风带走,使室内凉爽宜人。
4 楼板体系:
  
采用本公司研发的轻质圆孔楼板具有轻质高强、隔声、无需机械吊装,方便安装等特点,楼板能满足国家《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》 GB50204-2002 中规定的指标要求。
1. Weight-bearing structure system:
The cold forming sectional steel frame with light-weight can be assembled quickly and conveniently in field after being manufacture in the factory .Its has lots of good properties, such as light-weight, high-strength, fire-proofing, antisepsis, less steel consumption, lower costing, good anti-seismic. The buildings systems are whole perfect without and do not have the heat channels. Beside those, the buildings systems can be made into kinds of custom styles also, such as China , Europe, U.A.S, Japan and Korea .
2. Wall structure system:
According to air temperature of the different regions, the kinds of panels can be made into different functions walls. In the cold regions, the walls are both heat preservation and thermal insulation and assembled in fields, Its index of heat resistance can reach 1.38 to 3 m 2 .k/w; In the torrid regions, the breezy and hollow walls with thermal convection can be assembled in fields, which make the indoor air cooler.
3. Roofing System:
According to air temperature of the different regions, we can use different structures panels to make different functions roofs. The thermal resistance index can reach 1.38 to 3 m 2 .k/w: In the torrid regions, the hollow boards are used for kind roofs, in which the hot air will be taken away by wind, and make the indoor air cooler.
4. Floor-slab system:
The light-weight circular core floor slabs have high strength, noise insulation, and without machines in the installation. All the specification of floor slabs meet the demand of GB50204-2002.

1 高效节能
  
该建筑体系具有良好的保温、隔热性能。可根据不同地区的气候温度,采用不同厚度和不同结构形式的组合外墙和屋面。节能效果超过 80% 以上。该建筑体系立足开发应用清洁能源、再生能源。如:太阳能、地热泵、光伏发电、沼气发电、风力发电、海水发电等。属超低能耗建筑。
2 节地
  
建房不用一块砖(板材生产原材料是水泥、粉煤灰及各种天然、工业废渣),墙体薄在不增加土地面积的情况下可增加使用面积 10-15% 。
3 节水
  
普通砖混建筑每平方米施工用水 3 吨,该体系属干法作业(组装式),每平方米用水不到 30kg 。

这种建筑体系克服了普通钢结构裸露在外面防火性能差的缺点。镶嵌式把钢构件包裹在板材中提高了防火性能,耐火极限可达到 4 小时。
8 防腐性能好、使用寿命长
  
镶嵌式把钢结构包裹在板材中,避免了钢构件长期裸露在外面,长期接触氧气、水、酸碱介质。阻断了钢构件被腐蚀的条件,钢构件还经特殊防腐处理,防腐性能好。
9 系列板材生产、使用过程中无毒无害
  
放射性物质符合国家 GB6566-2001 标准要求。经建设部及专家评审认定为“健康建筑推荐产品”。

经清华大学土木系检测,通过九度大震房屋完好无损。八度地震设防区,可建六至八层建筑;七度地震设防区,可建十二层以下建筑;六度地震设防区,可建十六层以下建筑。

1. High efficiency energy-saving
This building system possesses the characteristic of good heat preservation and thermal insulation. According to air temperature of the different regions, the outer walls and roofs are made of different thickness and structure panels, which means more than 80% energy can be saved, and the purposes of our buildings systems base on the developing and applying clean and renewal energy, such as solar energy, terrestrial heat, methane, wind power and so on. And our systems belong to a kind of construction with extreme lower energy-consumption.

The area where can withstand 6 magnitudes earthquake, we can construct building with below 12 floors.

1 防火
板材是用物理发泡形成闭孔结构的泡沫混凝土,这种板材本身具有很大的热阻功能,故提高了板材耐火极限。
该建筑体系以板把钢柱,钢梁镶嵌在里边,保护了钢构件免受高温影响,提高了耐火性能。
在国家化学建材测试中心防火研究所进行了耐火试验,耐火极限大于 4 小时。
2 抗震 抗飓风
镶嵌式建筑体系是用板把钢柱,钢梁镶嵌在里边,维护结构与承重结构成为一体,增强了房屋抗震能力。
经清华大学抗震检测,该建筑体系通过了九度大震的测试,房屋完好无损。
1. Fireproof
The panels are made of the spumous concrete, the spume are sealed made by physics ways. these panels have outstanding thermal resistance and excellent fireproof property.
The steel pillars and girders are covered with the panels in our building system. Which protects the steel frame from high temperature, and increases fire proof property.
In the fire proof research institude of national chemical construction materials testing center, the time limits over 4 hours in the experimentation.

1 隔声
生态住宅其板材采用专利发泡技术(板材内部密闭微孔结构,可高效阻隔声音的传递),加上采用隔断声桥的结构层,具有隔声好的作用, 16cm 厚墙体隔声性能超过 37cm 厚砖墙,外墙隔声在 40dB 以上。
2 环保
工业垃圾再利用,解决了垃圾处理问题,板材粉煤灰掺量达 50% 以上,建筑拆除后,可粉碎再利用,解决了 21 世纪科学界提倡的再生资源及环保问题。
3 调节湿度
本建筑墙体材料具有呼吸功能,当室内潮气过大时,墙体可吸收潮气;室内空气干燥时墙体可释放水分,起到调节室内湿度的作用,对人的呼吸系统起到保护作用。
