7019 橡胶发泡保温材料 Rubber plastic foam insulation

橡胶发泡保温材料是由我公司引进国外最先进技术,采用全自动生产线生产的环保型产品。

主要特点是密闭式发泡结构,导热系数小;具有优良的绝热效果,可节省能源消耗;密闭式气泡结构及致密的表皮使水汽不易透过,且吸水率低;产品富有柔软性,施工安装极为方便,省工省料;外观雅致清洁;适用温度范围广( -40 ℃ 至 105 ℃ )耐候性良好,经久耐用;独特的阻燃配方,使材料具有优良的防火阻燃效果。

由于该材料优良的综合性能,目前已广泛应用于建筑、轻纺、医药、化工、冶金、造船等行业。比较集中地使用在空调系统的水、汽管道的保冷防凝露及保温防止热损失方面,获得了理想的使用效果。

由于橡胶海绵是闭泡结构和使用温度范围在( -40 ℃~ 105 ℃ )其使用优势突出表现在保冷防结露方面,按国标 GB11790-1989 的规定。
